Return Window
We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have up to 3 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return request. After this period, the return window will automatically close, and we may not be able to accept return requests beyond the eligible timeframe.
Important Guidelines for Returns
Opening Video Required
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please record a continuous uncut video starting from the moment you begin opening the package until the issue or damage is clearly visible. This opening video is mandatory for processing return, replacement or refund requests.
Note: Our suppliers require this proof for return authorization. Without the uncut opening video, we may not be able to approve the return or replacement request.
Refund Process
Refund Method
Approved returns will be refunded in the form of a Manohari Style Gift Card with unlimited validity, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
Reverse Shipping Charges
A reverse shipping fee of INR 80 will be deducted from the returned product amount when we arrange pickup from your location.
The remaining balance will be issued as a gift card.
Damaged or Defective Products
If the product received is damaged or defective, we will provide:
A replacement product or
A full refund via gift card without any reverse shipping deduction

For approved damaged or defective product claims, Manohari Style may:
Send a replacement product, or Issue a Manohari Style Gift Card for the eligible amount.
The gift card can be used for future purchases on our website without expiry restrictions.
Non-Returnable Items
Used products are not eligible for return.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
Be unused
Be in its original condition
Include original packaging and tags (if applicable)
Order Cancellations
Due to our operational process, we currently do not support order cancellations once an order has been placed.
